Gutting Line U1 & U2

The Gutting Line U is a single (U1) or double (U2) gutting line for salmon and several other fish types. The machine can be used for other purposes as well, such as extracting spawn for caviar production.

The machine can as an option be delivered with height adjustable working platforms and a separate cyclone tank with two integrated vacuum pumps.

Gutting line with waste disposal for clean gutting

The semi-automatic gutting provides a quick and clean station for the gutting of the fish.

The waste is disposed of via bin loaders, conveyors or tanks, leaving the area clean and ensuring an ergonomic working station.
