Our gutting line is available in two models: the single (U1) and the double (U2), designed for processing salmon and various other fish species. Additionally, it can be utilized for extracting spawn for caviar production.

Gutting line with waste disposal for clean gutting

The semi-automatic gutting provides a quick and clean station for the gutting of the fish.

The waste is disposed of via bin loaders, conveyors or tanks, leaving the area clean and ensuring an ergonomic working station.
