Long Slicer LS 1400

The Long Slicer LS 1400 is ideal for cold smoked fillets, e.g. salmon, trout and cod without pin bones. The machine cuts the fillets horizontally, providing you with an even precisely cut fillet.

  • The LS 1400 is built in solid hardware construction for continuous production. Motor and gear box are stainless steel IP69.

     

    The machine is constructed with enhanced operator safety accommodating necessary regulations.

Lengthwise slicing of cold smoked fillets

 

The fillet is manually fastened on a cutting table panel. The panel then moves forward and backwards with the fillet, cutting it stepwise into slices lengthwise. 

 

After slicing, the fillet is removed by an operator.

 

The machine is delivered with an extra table panel, meaning that the operator always has a new fillet prepared and ready to load the machine. This will ensure a full optimizing on the operations and increase throughput on the machine.

 

The cutting thickness can be adjusted from 1-10 mm.
